We are a private firm and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government department. Naaz Verify is not a government authority, government-certified title authority, or official land records agency. Our reports are compiled from public records maintained by government departments and do not constitute government certifications or statutory state guarantees.

Provide genuine survey identifiers and use documents solely for lawful transactions.

Users must provide accurate property details (survey numbers, hissa numbers, village names, and registration references) when submitting requests. You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to misrepresent property information, or to obtain documents for fraudulent litigation. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

Document verification outcomes depend on the accuracy, completeness, and availability of records maintained in official government databases (Kaveri 2.0, Bhoomi, Mojini, e-Swathu) at the time of query. Naaz Verify is not responsible for clerical errors, omissions, or delays in government registries. We present information as retrieved from official sources.
