We collect only what is strictly necessary to conduct legal record searches and deliver the due diligence report you have commissioned.

Our personnel operate under non-disclosure obligations when examining sensitive legal instruments.

Kept for operational reference and statutory accounting, then permanently purged.

We retain your transaction files and document reports for as long as necessary to deliver the requested service, resolve subsequent queries, and satisfy statutory tax and financial compliance requirements under Indian law. You may request account closure and document file purging at any time by contacting our privacy compliance desk.

You hold full rights under applicable Indian IT laws to review the personal data stored in your profile, request corrections of erroneous information, and request revocation or deletion of uploaded deed drafts subject to completed statutory accounting. PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways and certified transactional SMS/email relays.

We partner with regulated Indian payment gateways (such as Cashfree/Razorpay) and enterprise communication services to operate the platform. These vendors process payment cards and UPI mandates through their own RBI-regulated, PCI-DSS compliant infrastructures. We never store credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank net-banking passwords on our servers.
